Free-hand cut fabric shaped into a heart on one side of a muslin bag and a lung on the other side. Each design has been hand stitched. The heart shows the flow of blood in red and blue stitching and says Go With The Flow. The lung shows the movement of air in pink stitching that says Breathe.
