Hand-built vessel using a wheel thrown pot, then altered by cutting the wall and piecing a slab to make a different form. Oxidation fired, using layers of glazes. Cone 6, slow firing. Stoneware clay. My passion is hand-building with stoneware clay that has lots of grog or kyanite.
